Information we collect
- Contact details such as name, email address, phone number and postcode.
- Home loan details such as lender, loan balance, interest rate, repayment type, loan purpose, property value estimate and loan structure.
- Documents or screenshots you choose to upload.
- Information received through Open Banking/CDR where you provide consent through the Frollo process.
- Website usage information such as device, browser, pages visited and form events, where analytics tools are used.
How we use your information
- To review your current home loan rate and identify potential savings opportunities.
- To assess whether a better rate may be available through your current lender or another lender.
- To contact you about your Rate Monitor enquiry or monitoring status.
- To provide credit assistance or refer your enquiry to an authorised Secure Finance broker where appropriate.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, record keeping and dispute resolution obligations.
- To improve our website, forms, communications and services.
Open Banking and CDR information
Where you choose to connect through Open Banking, your data sharing is handled through the Frollo CDR/Open Banking process. Frollo is an accredited data recipient under the Consumer Data Right. Please see our Open Banking & Data Use notice and Frollo's CDR Policy for details of how CDR data is collected, held, used and deleted.
Disclosure of information
We may disclose personal information to parties involved in delivering the service, including mortgage brokers, credit licensees or representatives, lenders, aggregators, technology providers, Open Banking/CDR providers, document storage providers, professional advisers, insurers, regulators and dispute resolution bodies, where required or permitted by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Marketing communications
We may contact you about your loan review, rate monitoring or related services. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications where required by law, but we may still send service-related messages.
