Who provides credit assistance
Secure Finance Services Pty Ltd (ABN 16 600 472 213) provides mortgage broking and credit assistance services under Australian Credit Licence 465059. AFCA member 43890 · FBAA accreditation M-327230.
Services we provide
We may help you review your current home loan, understand available options, request a better rate from your existing lender, compare refinance options and apply for a loan where appropriate.
How we are paid
If you proceed with a loan through Secure Finance, we may receive commission or other benefits from the lender or aggregator. Details will be disclosed as required during the credit assistance process.
Fees payable by you
We do not charge borrowers a fee for our residential mortgage broking service. Any fee-for-service arrangement that may apply in specific circumstances will be disclosed and agreed before work begins.
Our assessment process
Before providing credit assistance, we may collect information about your financial situation, requirements and objectives and make preliminary assessments or other assessments required by law or licensee policy.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, contact us first at info@securefinance.com.au or 1300 401 007. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA member 43890): afca.org.au · 1800 931 678.
